We may terminate your access to Paristons' Lab at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of Paristons' Lab.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Armenian laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of Paristons' Lab and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
